The story

Toronto Master Tattoo Artist, Mark Prata founded the Name Toronto Ink in 2007 as a traveling Corporation. As a former professional BMX Freestyle Rider and Stuntman, he was used to long hours and thrived on the kind of hard work needed to make himself successful.

To do this, Mark took his passion, drive and determination, then set a vision of what he wanted for his Toronto tattoo shop. Focused on health and safety, Mark put together all his knowledge with various top-notch creative and bespoke tattoo skills.

Since, Mark who is known for being quality and customer service driven, has grown exponentially. People love their tattoos so much that the majority of Toronto, GTA and Durham Region keep coming back for more.

As a highly-trained, award-winning cover-up tattoo artist would give clients many new design options should they want to modify their existing tattoos. Mark can replace an old tattoo with a new one, or darken up a faded tattoo. When Mark is working to conceal a tattoo, he typically focuses on the faded colour of an old tattoo then incorporates the new design and colour patterns. Not an easy task, but there is no need to worry, our expert artist are proficient and qualified for the task!

It doesn’t stop there — you can rest assured you are in good hands when it comes down to re-working and extending tattoos or designing new ones. Mark is patient and will take the time to help you figure out exactly what you want your perfect tattoo to look like. After all with so many styles to chose from these days, it can be confusing. No worries, though…the fact is, that we were born for this moment!
